Chris Le Marchant, an experienced senior regulator at the Guernsey Financial Services Commission, founded Le Marchant Regulatory Risk in 2007. Chris was joined by former regulatory colleagues Matt Hutchison in September 2011 and Stephen Trevor in March 2012, since when the business has been carried on by LMRR Limited, trading as Le Marchant Regulatory Risk.

In addition to the full-time services of Chris, Stephen and Matt, Le Marchant Regulatory Risk draws on a range of associates, all of whom are experienced professionals in their fields and can be contracted through Le Marchant Regulatory Risk.
