Debbie joined LMRR in September 2021 having spent the majority of her career working for various law firms providing secretarial, administrative and paralegal services.
In 2015 she joined the States of Guernsey within Housing to work as an Allocations Officer where she was responsible for managing the waiting list for one bedroomed accommodation as well as providing general housing advice and assistance to both applicants and tenants. She also spent time as a Projects Officer working closely with other senior members of Housing and Guernsey Housing Association on the review and revision of several policies needed for the implementation of the “Single Gateway” pathway into social housing which saw the waiting lists of Housing and Guernsey Housing Association merged.
A keen horse owner, Debbie has worked as a Freelance Equine Groom since 2019 providing horse-care services for a number of clients.
